1. Anodizing:
Anodizing means the electrochemical oxidation of a metal or alloy. Aluminum and its alloys form an oxide film on aluminum products (anode) under the action of external current under corresponding electrolyte and specific process conditions.
The use method is to take the metal or alloy parts as the anode and form an oxide film on its surface by electrolysis. Metal oxide film changes the surface state and properties, such as surface coloring, improving corrosion resistance, enhancing wear resistance and hardness, protecting metal surface and so on.

2. Laser
Laser marking is a marking method that uses high-energy density laser to locally irradiate the workpiece to vaporize the surface material or change the color of the chemical reaction, so as to leave a permanent mark.
The basic principle of laser marking is that the high-energy continuous laser beam is generated by the laser generator, and the focused laser acts on the printing material to instantly melt or even gasify the surface material, so as to form the required graphic mark by controlling the path of the laser on the material surface. Laser marking can print all kinds of characters, symbols and patterns, and the character size can range from millimeter to micron, which is of special significance to the anti-counterfeiting of products.

3. High gloss cutting:
The principle of high gloss cutting is: the diamond tool is sharp, high hardness, the machined surface is extremely flat, high finish, and easy chip removal. During cutting, there is no chip accumulation at the blade to ensure that the cutting surface is bright.
The diamond knife is reinforced on the main shaft of the precision engraving machine with high-speed rotation (generally 20000 RPM) by the precision engraving machine to cut parts, resulting in local bright areas on the product surface. Among metal materials, aluminum is the most widely used for high gloss trimming, because aluminum material is relatively soft, has excellent cutting performance, and can obtain very bright surface effect.
