Test procedure
1. High temperature test: (put the tested product into the constant temperature and humidity test chamber, and open AIDA64 copying machine software for 100% operation)
A. in the high temperature aging test room, the ambient temperature is about 30 ℃, and the machine works continuously for 24 hours under full load;
B. Raise the temperature of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber to 40 ℃ and humidity to 50%, and the machine works continuously at full load for more than 8 hours;
C. Raise the temperature of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber to 50 ℃ and humidity to 50%, and the machine works continuously at full load for more than 8 hours;
D. Raise the temperature of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber to 55 ℃ and humidity to 50%, and the machine works continuously at full load for more than 8 hours;
E. Raise the temperature of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber to 60 ℃ and humidity to 50%. After the machine is stored at 60 ℃ for 3 hours, it will work continuously at full load for more than 8 hours.

2. Low temperature test: (put the tested machine into the constant temperature and humidity test chamber, open aida64 copying software for 100% operation)
A. reduce the temperature of the constant temperature test chamber to 0 ℃, store the machine for 4 hours, and then power on and run at full load for 8 hours; Test results: there is no condensation on the surface of the chassis, and the machine operates normally when powered on.
b. Reduce the temperature of the constant temperature test chamber to - 10 ℃, store the machine for 4 hours, then power on and run at full load for 8 hours; Test results: there is no condensation on the surface of the chassis, and the machine operates normally when powered on.
c. Reduce the temperature of the constant temperature test chamber to - 15 ℃, store the machine for 4 hours, then power on and run at full load for 8 hours; Test results: there is no condensation on the surface of the chassis, and the machine operates normally when powered on.
d. Reduce the temperature of the constant temperature test chamber to - 20 ℃, store the machine for 4 hours, then power on and run at full load for 8 hours;

Test results: there is no condensation on the surface of the chassis, and the machine operates normally when powered on.
