The advantages are as follows:

1. Anodizing:

Decoration: the oxide film with porous structure has good adhesion and adsorption capacity, and can adsorb lubricants and pigments; Oxidation coloring into a variety of colors to meet a variety of aesthetic needs of users.

Insulation: the anodic oxide film of aluminum and aluminum alloy has become a good insulating material without the conductive properties of metal.

Wear resistance: aluminum profile substrate is particularly easy to be scratched and worn. After all, the hardness of aluminum alloy can not be compared with that of steel. The surface of anodized industrial aluminum profile is very hard, so it is very wear-resistant and not easy to scratch.

2. Laser

Laser marking machine is a physical non-contact processing. There is no pollution source of any chemicals, and it is not limited to the shape of processed articles. It can be round, square or arc; The laser marking machine has clear and beautiful marks, durable and wear-resistant, is not easy to be altered and covered, and plays an anti-counterfeiting role to a certain extent; High processing efficiency. The laser beam controlled by computer can move at high speed, and the processing of a conventional product can be completed in a few seconds, which greatly improves the processing efficiency.

3. Highlight trimming
