IWILL held its 2024 Summary and Commendation Conference on January 11, 2025, to celebrate our achievements this year and look forward to a brighter future. The theme of this annual meeting was "Setting sail in the Year of Si; Xincheng is like a splendid journey." All IWILL employees, along with special guests, were invited to participate.
The ceremony began by reviewing our struggles and wonderful moments from the past year. Outstanding individuals and teams were then recognized for their achievements. These exceptional representatives have continued to pursue excellence in their respective fields and have embodied IWILL's core values through their actions. Their stories and accomplishments not only inspired every employee at IWILL but also showcased the exemplary image of IWILL as an outstanding enterprise.
IWILL Technology also brought a variety of cultural performances to the stage, displaying the enthusiasm and talent of our employees. These performances captivated the audience, creating an energetic and celebratory atmosphere.
In between the performances, we held a welfare lottery, which is an important part of our annual meeting. With generous prizes and a variety of surprise benefits, each moment was filled with warmth and care, ensuring that employees felt the sense of belonging and family within the company.
