The N3161 is a compact network security appliance powered by 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i3-1215U, i5-1235U, or i7-1255U processors. With six Intel® I225-V 2.5GbE Ethernet ports, up to 64GB DDR4-3200 memory, and flexible NVMe, Wi-Fi, and 4G/5G expansion, it provides a versatile hardware platform for firewall, VPN, routing, multi-WAN, and edge gateway applications.

The system also provides a dedicated RJ45 console port, DisplayPort and HDMI outputs, TPM 2.0, Wake-on-LAN, PXE boot, watchdog timer, and optional IEEE 802.3af PoE on LAN1–LAN4. Its compact aluminum chassis is suitable for branch-office networking, network security deployments, and custom appliance integration.
